The Sandhills Center Tailored Plan’s Access2Care has 13 anonymous behavioral health screenings you can take online. Access2Care also has learning resources and information in English and Spanish.
Because it is a web-based tool, Access2Care screenings can be taken anytime Taking a screening is easy and private. You can take it on a desktop computer, phone or tablet that is connected to the internet.
Access2Care has screenings for:
- Depression
- Adolescent Depression
- Bipolar Disorder
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
- Generalized Anxiety Disorder
- Eating Disorders
- Alcohol Use Disorders
- Substance Use Disorders (including prescription medications)
- Gambling Behavior
- Wide-Range Screening
- Well-Being
- Opioid Misuse
- Psychosis: For Individuals
After taking a screening, Access2Care will tell you if you should ask for help. It will tell you how you can call Sandhills Center. If you call us, you can talk to a licensed clinician who is a behavioral health professional. Sandhills Center will help you find a provider of your choice.
After taking a screening, you can print your results or send them to any email address that you provide. Access2Care does not keep your email address or any other personal information. Your privacy is important to us.
