Client Rights Committee
CLIENT RIGHTS COMMITTEE
The Client Rights Committee is a subcommittee of the Sandhills Center Tailored Plan Board of Directors. It offers oversight regarding state and local rules about clients' (members and recipients) rights.
WHAT DOES THE COMMITTEE DO?
The committee monitors ways in which your rights are protected. The committee also gives feedback and offers solutions to improve the behavioral health system.
WHO CAN BE A CLIENT RIGHTS COMMITTEE MEMBER?
The Client Rights Committee is made up of people who represent mental health, intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD), and substance use disorder services. Sandhills Center staff may serve as liaisons but are non-voting members.
WHEN DOES THE COMMITTEE MEET?
