File a Grievance
HOW TO FILE A GRIEVANCE -- FOR TAILORED PLAN AND NC MEDICAID MEMBERS
Sandhills Center's goal is to get you the help you need in the best and most caring way possible. If you have a bad experience with Sandhills Center or one of our network providers, we want to know about it. You or a person acting on your behalf can file a grievance. All grievances are reviewed, and Sandhills Center will inform you of the result. You have the right to remain anonymous. You have the right to appeal the outcome of a grievance if you choose.
Grievances can be made to any Sandhills Center staff member. In-person grievances can be made at our Administrative Offices from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Use the form at the bottom of this page. After we get your grievance, we will contact you and try to work out the issue.
GRIEVANCE APPEALS
If you are not happy with the results of your grievance, you can file an appeal by phone or mail. Your appeal will be reviewed by staff who were not involved with the original decision.
