WELCOME TO SANDHILLS CENTER

We are glad to have you as a member of the Sandhills Center Tailored Plan. Members are people who get NC Medicaid services. Members generally have complex behavioral health and intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) needs.

Our members live in Anson, Davidson, Guilford, Harnett, Hoke, Lee, Montgomery, Moore, Randolph, Richmond, and Rockingham counties.

The Sandhills Center Tailored Plan is here to help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Sandhills Center Tailored Plan is a type of managed care health plan that offers integrated health services. That means you can get physical and behavioral health, pharmacy, intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD), and traumatic brain injury (TBI) services to meet your unique needs.

Behavioral health services help people with mental health and substance use disorders.

Managed care works like a central home to coordinate all of your health care needs. Our care managers will work with you and your providers to coordinate your services. We want to keep you as healthy as possible.

The Sandhills Center Tailored Plan works with a group of doctors, therapists, specialists, hospitals, home care providers, and others. These partners make up the Sandhills Center provider network. You may also get a care manager who works with your health care providers and coordinates your services.
