Learn About Services and Your Health

Your health and well-being are important to us. The Sandhills Center Tailored Plan wants you to have information about your services. We want you to get healthy and stay healthy.

We have brochures, flyers, and fact sheets to help you. Sandhills Center staff may give you brochures that describe the services you get. Brochures and flyers also are handed out during health fairs and community events. This information is available here at the bottom of this page so you can read, download and print them.

Our health education materials are in English and Spanish. Please tell us if you need something translated to your preferred language. We can do that at no cost to you.

We can mail brochures to you, as well. You can ask for brochures so they can be displayed in places where people may find them useful – such as social services agency waiting rooms or community center lobbies.
