Phone lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Sandhills Center Tailored Plan works with service providers so that we can connect you with treatment options that are right for you. We can even set up an appointment for you. 

If someone is in crisis, call the Behavioral Health Crisis Line, toll-free: 1-833-600-2054.

If a person is in imminent danger to themselves or others, dial 911 right away.

SANDHILLS CENTER OFFICES AND REGION The Sandhills Center Tailored Plan serves people living in Anson, Davidson, Guilford, Harnett, Hoke, Lee, Montgomery, Moore, Randolph, Richmond, and Rockingham counties in central North Carolina.

Hours: Sandhills Center Administrative Offices are open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
